    Aldon Smith DUI story

    Per my fantasy football app:

Smith partied all night and tried driving to the team facility at 7AM in the morning. He was smashed drunk with weed in the car, passed out at the wheel while hitting a tree, and still didn't wake up, as Smith's foot remained on the accelerator when police arrived. This is Smith's second DUI as an NFL player.
I've heard of a "stumble through" (kinda like a walk through but you're drunk) before but this takes the cake.

Gotta admire his determination, though. Nothing was gonna stop this guy from gettin to practice. Except for that tree.

Anyone ever try to get through a football practice drunk? I tried once senior year after skipping school and emptying a bottle of gin with a few other folks. It did not go well come time for the gassers.

Seattle is going to have a cake walk in the division at this rate.

Besides we all know when a team loses a SB the stats aren't in their favor of getting back or getting back and winning one.

Of the 47 teams to lose the Super Bowl, only seven returned to the championship. And, of those seven, only two won it. In 1971, the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Miami Dolphins in Super Bowl VI after losing the previous year to the Baltimore Colts. Then, a year later, those very same Dolphins completed their infamous undefeated season with a Super Bowl victory over the Washington Redskins. No other team has avenged a Super Bowl loss since.

Three other teams returned to the Super Bowl in subsequent seasons only to taste the bitterness of defeat again. The 1974 Minnesota Vikings lost Super Bowl IX to the Pittsburgh Steelers, a season after losing to the Dolphins in Super Bowl VII. In 1987, the Denver Broncos lost Super Bowl XXII to the Redskins after losing Super Bowl XXI to the New York Giants. And, of course, there were Buffalo Bills of the 90s, who lost four straight Super Bowls.

If this is any indicator, then the 49ers have a 14% shot of making it back to the Super Bowl and only a 4% chance of winning it. But that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be competitive.

Oh really Rams! It's hard to make the Super Bowl? And even harder to make it two years in a row?

          You don't fucking say!

well, a lot of children here seem to think it was going to happen. I just enjoy stepping on their ignorant hopes. Don't be so snide , its not like you weren't hoping for the same thing...wait...the Raiders? hahahaha...well, their getting a teensy bit better here and there

nope, I never said they would be that successful...oh, you mean compared to the Raiders. LOL they've been superior to the Raiders as well so, no it doesn't compare. And you can say what ever you want because I don't care anyway. My life isn't wrapped up in a favorite teams success or failure...and the Rams beat SF and Sea- last year, so how does that compare to the inferior Raiders ?
