Are we confident in Rivers remaining a top 10-12 fantasy QB this season?

I picked him up off waivers a few weeks ago with Rodgers' bye week on the horizon, but think I might try to ship one of them off to improve my team in other areas.

as a fan of NC State, I am never confident in Rivers's ability in the NFL. that being said, he is the only QB on my fantasy roster right now
