LOL at thinking Vince Young had a chance to come in. You do realize Fisher aint putting up with him again.

and the media circus argument against Tebow is dumb. The NFL is a media circus. who the hell would that bother ?

the NFL as much as each team is trying to be about winning the fact is the NFL as a whole is about putting fans in the stands and making a profit. And the Rams would sell twice as many tickets in 2 home games even as a losing team because there would be plenty of people who want to see him tank in live action.

    to paraphrase Eddie Martel

Tebow puts fans in the stands baby

Zzzzzzzz.

You don't understand the league if you don't think that these coaches want to win badly every week. They aren't sitting around thinking about draft position like fans do. They want to win badly, even if they're 2-11. There is no folding the tent in the NFL. This seems to be some new narrative lately among fans. It doesn't exist.
Of course the coaches want to win every week, but not if it means they are going to lose respect from the team by throwing players under the bus. And especially not if it means they are hurting the team in the longer run just because they are so greedy that they want a couple more wins this year.

Favre is a washed up old man who brings the same circus to town as Tebow, but i'd have taken him over the collection of bums we currently have in a heartbeat.

Figured I'd edit the thread title for better accuracy.
