I even reminded Hass last night this would happen.

Of course he didn't believe me and said Sark wouldn't even be in USC's top 4

USC should be able to get just about anybody they want. Sark is a good hire for a mid tier school, but for a top tier school, not so much.

says what ? he's only 39, you have to start somewhere...he took an 0-12 team and made them 5-7 the following year. he beat USC while they were still strong. He knows how to game plan and recruit...he kicked Nebraska's ass in a bowl game...he got Washington into bowl games and they hadn't been bowl eligible for 10 years.

he did more with less and he was on USC's staff in the past and has all the recruiting connections. He wont miss a beat

For one thing that 0-12 team he took over wasn't even that bad. They had a brutal OOC schedule (Oklahoma, BYU, Notre Dame) and lost a lot of key players to injury, including Jake Locker.

During a very WEAK Pac-10/12 stretch he never elevated UW to the top of the conference. This year, his 5th season, UW was suppose to take the next step and win (or at least be right there) the conference. Then they go out and lose to Oregon, UCLA, Stanford and Arizona State. If you can't beat ONE of the top-4 teams in the conference in your 5th season, a year with very high expectations, it makes you realize USC probably could have landed a higher caliber coach.

I'm going to give a big portion of the improvement this season to Wilcox and how he had the defense playing. He's had good recruiting classes a udub and did nothing with them. We've beat udub for a decade now, and I'm basically going to echo golden taters for the rest of this.
