Bucs fire both Schiano and Dominik

The Buccaneers did a solid job recovering from a winless start to the season but it wasn't enough for the Glazer family, as they've reportedly fired head coach Greg Schiano and general manager Mark Domink on Monday.

Jay Glazer (no relation) of Fox Sports reports that both the coach and GM are out in Tampa.

Definitely a surprise, but my guess is that the Glazers probably had concerns Schiano would bolt back to college so sending him out now makes sense.

They must have missed the second half of the season. Though Redskins fans may be just as clueless, because the Washington Post put up a poll for who viewers want as the new head coach, and here are the top results- Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden, Russ Grimm and Lovie Smith. None of them, save maybe for Grimm, could hope to force change in Washington. The average NFL fan is beyond clueless.

They could certainly do a lot worse than Smith coming back down there, but with Glennon, Martin and the talent they have at receiver, I think bringing in an offensive guy would be better.
