and you think this is acceptable? thats embarrassing. The NFL should be taking a long hard look at this. when a fanbase like the packers says nah, there is something wrong

Aren't the cheap seats where fights always occur? No thanks.

-12 wind chill doesn't help, nobody wants to sit outside in that shit, but yeah, the NFL took one on the chin this weekend.

People are being told to stay in doors as there is a chance you can fucking die from how cold it is, so yes it is acceptable.

I can't speak about the other teams but the Packers scenario was the result of a combination of events that are not correlated to the state of the NFL. Sending the playoff ticket invoice after the Lions game when making the playoffs looked nearly impossible, having a non-refund rule on said tickets, not knowing until the last minute of the final game if the team would make the playoffs, and the freezing cold weather is what caused this.

I wish the wind chill was only -12. Temperatures alone were -10 all week driving home from work. Still unacceptable between the unsold tickets and the front office mistake that caused the majority of it.

What's the non-refund rule about? They don't make you pay for a ticket even if you miss the playoffs surely?

i heard this same thing too about GB...basically they were forcing season ticket holders to buy the playoff ticket like 3 weeks ago when they didnt even clinch until last weekend.

the issue people had was they were being forced and told that if the packers didnt get to the playoffs, or didnt host a game, that they would not get a refund....instead the money would be applied to their season tickets for next season.

apparently the Washington Capitols did this years ago....only differnece was they sucked and for the first time were going to make the playoffs and pissed off all their fans by trying to force people into buying season tickets for the following season. in GB, i dont know why it matter as much seeing how people wait for years to get their season tickets and you would think they wouldn't mind paying in advance.

Nice response. We are talking about the Green Bay Packers here, they don't have problems selling out games ever. If you don't think the fact that it will be dangerously cold out affected the ticket sales then idk what to tell you.

Do you ever have a clue about what's going on or do you just randomly throw meaningless words out there? Every game is sold out.

People in the Green Bay area are being told to stay home from work. Schools are all closed Monday. I've lived up here for 25 years and I can't remember this kind of cold.
