I think we should just put someone in charge who can tell people when they can or can't jump picks. If it takes a couple of days then who really cares, the draft isn't for a few months anyway.

We shouldn't be skipping picks in the top 10.

I say we keep on the current schedule and just delete any picks that jump the order. The last person to pick should PM, not VM the next person that they are on the clock. VM's are worthless for people using Tapatalk on the go.

You guys really need to let people know when they're on the clock...

With the 48th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select...

              Jeremiah Attaochu, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech

Noticing a theme here? Rod Marinelli needs linemen. Anthony Spencer had microfracture surgery and is a free agent anyway. DeMarcus Ware is the only speed rusher on the team and he's constantly banged up. Attaochu is versatile so he can line up as a pass rush specialist from a variety of positions.

One of these things shouldn't take more than two weeks at most, and that is giving ample time. I've run these things for years on various forums...this thing has taken TEN DAYS and we are not even mid-way through the second round. That is unacceptable shit for one of these.

The off-season changes things so much, the picks now are irrelevant in two weeks, nevermind three months from now.

There are hard line times for a reason. If you can't be here to make your pick when or before it is due, don't sign up for one.

I'd rather it take a little longer than have multiple skipped picks in the first two rounds.

People should get PMs, have a few hours and then the pick is made for them.. at least early on.

                      "...a little longer..."

                      FOUR PICKS PER DAY.

If you can't show up...don't do one...or your pick gets skipped. Simple as that, really. Ten days, not even half way through the second round.

                      Apocryphal.

Then make the picks for them. I don't really care. But we have multiple instances of it in the top 50, and that bothers me more than any delays.

It isn't my job to make a pick for somebody that made a commitment to do something like that. I'll make my pick(s) and move on.

"delays" and having people show up TWO DAYS after their pick are due to pick are two completely different animals.

If VSN doesn't have enough active members to do this shit right, why even do it?

I didn't mean you specifically.. whoever is running things. Or and auxiliary fan.
