But as for the topic of the post. I've said it once, and I'll say it again.
Hines Ward plays football the right way. I'm so sick of hearing about how Chad Johnson/T.O. make a good play for sprinting down the field and getting in the way of a defender, but not engaging and that springs their teammate free for a TD.
Had that happened in my highschool, our coaches would have rewound the video footage of it 4 or 5 times and REAMED US A NEW ONE for not engaging the guy and just "Ole blocking".
The reason pro ball players b*tch about it is because the last time they were looking out of their earhole like that was back in High School where 11 guys mattered on run plays, and not just the lineman.
Hines Ward is quickly becoming my favorite receiver. I've always like the style of T.O. and Ocho Cinco, because they are fun to watch despite their attitudes, but the blue collar players of the league do it right.
