Jimmy Graham and the non-exclusive tag

Over the weekend, the Saints applied the non-exclusive tag to Graham, meaning that if a team wants to sign Graham, they have to make an offer that could be matched by the Saints as well as give up two first-round picks.

Is Graham worth the two first round picks? If not, which player(s) would be worth that price, if any?

If it is a team like say the Patriots who need a TE (or two) and have late picks every year, I would definitely consider it. Plus, it would appease Brady who took a pay cut just so that the team could pursue talent like Graham.

They're already paying 9M a year for Gronk.. why would they add another 10M a year for Graham?

I could see maybe a team like the Packers, who have the cap room and the opening for another playmaker on offense .. but not the Patriots. Cant have that money tied up in two tight ends, one who cant stay on the field and the other who is very one-dimensional (albeit extremely talented as a receiver) and soft as Charmin.
