He also wants to be the highest paid safety in the league. I don't think Buffalo wanted to spend the money. I agree with you on needing good safety play, and they have the cap room at almost $26 million available, they are just too cheap to spend it.Comment

i like TJ, but never felt he was the dominating player we needed back there. but its been pretty well known that the bills would not tag Byrd and that the browns want to sign him.
I was more surprised they didnt resign Alex Mack. they gave him the transistion tag which allows them to match any offerComment
