LOL at Stallworth still having a .12 blood-alcohol level at 7:15 in the morning. And instead of slowing down and/or not hitting the pedestrian, he thinks the best course of action is to flash his lights and continue to do 50mph...and then run over a person.

Those people were idiots. Vick was facing mandatory federal prison time on insterstate gambling charges. Stallworth is facing the possiblity of probation at the low end. Not even the same situation legally.

imo, i think hell get at least 90 days, but should be more. i dont think he is going to get off like little did. but thats just my opinion.

i know 90 days is severely low for killing someone, but it is jail time nonetheless. that was what i was commenting on.
it does help that he was cooperative, but i dont think he is going to get off with just 90 days, i think itll be more (and should be, obviously).

Its rediculous we dont see anyone with their picket signs or boycotting the NFL when Stallworth just killed a human being. But Vick kills some dogs and PETA blows up.

                    sad.

This may be true but Stallworth killed another man while driving drunk, Vick killed some dogs. If Stallworth doesn't do at least the same amount of time Vick did something is seriously wrong with the legal system.

PETA blows everything way out of proportion anyway.

Yeah if Little only gets 90 days for a .19 and running a light, Stallworth has no reason not to expect a light sentence. At least in his case, the other guy was jaywalking on a busy street.

I'd be pissed if Stallworth only got 90 days. Because you know damn well, they would not make him go to prison until after the season was over, so he doesn't miss any time.

Florida law says he won't see more then 6 months.

                              Vick to Stallworth.

                              A mediocre combo.
