I've always been a fan of the rookie cap...these guys make too much damn money for never having stepped on an NFL field.

Agreed. Way too much money for a player who may or may not be a bust, and is still unproven in the NFL.

i cannot wait until the new collective barganing agreement is done. rumor has it that there will be max contracts like the NBA has for rookies.
