I have a hard time proving/disproving what God says. I don't have Him on speed dial. If the argument centers around "prove to me that God didn't say this", then that should be evidence enough.

I don't recall me saying that to Bucky, so you probably should check yourself before you wreck yourself, yo.

Maybe they're brothers. The Pouncey brothers did the same thing when they were drafted. I missed the thread about that, though.

Can send the same message to the public using other methods. If the league and teams stance is pro gay rights, they should already be sending this message out to the public. No need to oppress other peoples opinions to do this.

I have never, in my 35+ years of work, seen someone get fired for saying "Horrible".

Can we stop saying this is a fellow employee. It's not. It would be like Bill calling some new hire over at the Verizon call center horrible.

Yes. And I would hope ethics would win out in any case of suppressing hatred and ignorance. Its like you view the tolerance of gays as being "unethical", because it "suppresses" the "argument/opinion" of those who are intolerant of gays. As if the world would be worse if intolerant opinions were suppressed.

              Weird!

                Don Jones was fired????

                When???

We had a processing lady get fired because she would talk about everyone's expenses after she processed them. She didn't even say "Horrible", and what she said was "factual". Amazing, huh?

It's in the context of what "horrible" meant. He didn't just tweet out horrible and get in trouble for that. It obviously means that he thought the Michael Sam situation was horrible, which is against the beliefs of his employer.

The Dolphins are under the NFL umbrella. All NFL players are fellow employees. Tough luck.

Oh, the humanity. Stop oppressing NAHSTE and myself about our opinions.

Was it on an official company website? If not then she should not have been fired. Unless there is much more to this than what was in your post.

It was on twitter, just like the Jones incident, which is why I brought it up. At least I'll applaud your consistency.

A social media policy is for social media platforms, such as Twitter. His background has the Dolphins logo, and his description openly said he is a Dolphins player. That means he is representing the team at that particular time.

Horrible is not tame in the context of things.
