    And the Browns didn't have a team in 1996 thru the 1998 seasons so they're at an obvious disadvantage on this chart. And the 1995 Browns team wasn't even apart of the same organization.
    Agree on the Patriots, and 22 other franchises have had less winning seasons than the Jets and the Dolphins during that time. Lets not pretend like their division has been a cakewalk, it's always been competitive and more often than not, the Jets are right behind them.

      On second look I guess you guys are right. I gave the Bengals too much credit for their short run of good play.
      Dolphins even when mediocre gave Pats some really tough games. I may have weighed the Ravens being in the division too heavily , even though much tougher the amount of games just arent as relevant.
      Best reason to have a license.
