Expectations for your NFL team this season?

Considering some teams began practices today and the rest start this week, lets hear what you guys have as the expectations for your team this year.

Considering the state of the NFC East, some of the talking heads are saying the Redskins are a sleeper team. I think the Eagles are going to win the division, but I don't think any of the Wild Card teams come from the NFC East. As far as the Skins go, I really want to see growth as a team but I don't think we have the secondary to compete and get this team into the playoffs. It's also going to be a bit of a different offense this year, and of course, RGIII and his knee is going to be one of the top stories in the NFL over the year.

My high expectations are that we finish at .500 or with nine wins, but I'm really thinking we end with 6-7. I will take that if the team can remain competitive in their losses and it doesn't look like we are mailing it in.

With the Browns (haven't broke down the schedule yet) I will go with 7-9 (+1/-2) for the year. I think we can take 1 win from each of our division series but the rest will come down to injuries like every year.

We're not winning the Superbowl so I couldn't care less as long as I make lots of money.

Buffalo goes 6-10. With Kiko Alonso and now Marcell Dareus going through a bunch of issues our D is going to take a hit. EJ is going to be on the hot seat if he doesn't perform as a good game manager. Hopefully Sammy Watkins lives up to the hype and brings Buffalo some needed big plays on offense.

If Julio, Roddy, and Matt Ryan all play 16 games the rest of the league should be terrified of what they'll accomplish. But if their offensive line doesn't improve drastically with the additions they made to it.... It'll be another long year. The defense doesn't worry me, it's better now than it was the year we were 10 yards away from the Super Bowl. Our season rests on Julio's foot.

I see the Eagles pretty much being the 10-6 team they were last season. The D is not improved and you can't put lipstick on a pig and say it's pretty. There is no denying the loss of Desean Jackson will be felt.

Bills wlll be 7-9 or 6-10 again this season. Loss of Alonso will hurt big time and Marcell Dareus may never justify that draft spot. I'll give the benefit of the doubt to E.J. Manuel, but the doubt is greater.

It's going to be an ugly year in the division, but you are one of the few Eagles fans I've come across that isn't overconfident, so kudos to you. Kelly is an offensive guru, and after my doubts last year, I am admitting it this year. I think you will find the loss of Jackson might hurt as far as big plays go, but I think his production is replaced overall. The defense is key, and that's going to hold back the Eagles I think.

I think we will surprise people and finish top 2 in the nfc north. Playoffs iffy, but might squeek in.

I'm really torn on Indianapolis this year because I'm trying my best not to let homerism cloud my judgement.

The thing is Indy probably has players at their skill positions that can match up with just about any team in the league. They've got arguably the best young quarterback in the game, They've got two solid Tight Ends in Fleener and especially with Allen returning from his hip injury (He's a better player than Fleener), Wayne is returning along with Hilton and this guy named Hakeem Nicks, and they've got a couple of guys at RB who can contribute in Bradshaw and hopefully Trent Richardson.

Their real strength is TE, because Fleener is a legitimate vertical threat who will win in jump ball situations, and Allen is a very good receiver in his own right but an even better blocker. They are going to be (If they can stay healthy) a matchup nightmare for teams, because Allen is a very very versatile player who is going to open up a lot of things for the Colt offense this year. It cannot be understated how much Indianapolis missed him.

There's still holes on Defense, and we don't know if the offensive line will be better, but this team won a lot of games last year (including a playoff game) as well as defeating both superbowl teams in the regular season. The talent is there and they can win big games, if they can find a way to just compete with New England, I think they have a legitimate shot at the Conference Title game if not the big dance itself.

I'm optimistic about the Packers chances in the NFC. Especially considering they almost beat the 49ers in the playoffs despite all of the injuries on the defense. I'm not trying to believe the Packers are better than the Seahawks but if they can make it to that round of the playoffs, they have a fighters chance to advance.
