since Raidersabc123 started a 1st round QB thread;

i thought it would be just as interesting to the NFL's draft picks for all 7-13 rounds, since 1982.
i could have gone more but i dont think many would remember or would have been born before that; lol.
and i graduated high school in 1984 - so i do remember a little more than that.
