Sanchez Wins??!

I think he has proven that with the right team around him he can win. Now you can say he hasn't performed to expectations but yet again not much was expected for him coming out of college as many deemed him "not ready". Although in the right system he can be a good QB which he never truly had in NY but he has shown flashes.
So for it to be a shock that he won a game while looking decent just shows how much the media plays into your head.
Its more of a shock that the Browns keep winning than anything else. -
Glad you understand sarcasm! Smh
And yes I'm probably more shocked than anyone that the Browns are winning.
Although he had zero offense talent around him in NY, he still showed horrid decision making so it does come as a bit of a surprise. Not as much as the national media makes it to be but it still remains to be seen if he can keep it up once the NFL has film of him in that scheme.
Hence... The question...

I think he is good enough, I think he had a rough stretch in NY and then it was a downward spiral for the whole team from that point. The Eagles are loaded with talent imo, and he is good enough to excel in that system.
I'm rooting for the guy because I always thought it was funny that he wore a taco bell hat on Hard Knocks.Comment

The game today was ugly all around, and Sanchez put up over 300 yards and two TD passes, but he threw two interceptions, lost the fumble late and took sacks early in the game which hurt the Eagles offense.
I don't think this is the Sanchez we are going to see from here on out, but I don't think Sanchez is a starting QB. Sanchez is a backup, he can come in and win a game, and when he starts, he will play to the level of his opposition. If he's playing a weak team, Sanchez will do fine, but facing a defense that's been playing extremely well like Green Bay, and he will put up a game like this.Comment
