          I like the hire because Del Rio is well liked and respected by players and coaches but I'm more interested in seeing who he hires as his coordinators and assistants.

          The raiders have the most cap space of any team and nobody seems to be getting any better in the AFC west so this is the brightest the raiders future has looked in a long time.
