    Seattle Seahawks

    Record: 10-6

    Offense: 12th
    Defense: 10th*

    * Would be better if it wasn't for the Cards being in the division.

Different Corbin, I'd never root for any other team than the Cardinals.

      Especially not the Raiders

        Lions:

        1-0

Offense: Good enough to beat New Orleans
Defense: Good enough to beat New Orleans

I'll worry about week 2 when we get there.

Without looking at the schedule (like it matters anyway), I'll say 5-11 for the Chiefs.

Are we really predicting offensive and defensive rankings? Scoring or total yards? I think the Chiefs will be around 20th in both categories.

                  Baltimore Ravens
Defense - 2nd ( i love to hate James Harrison and Troy Polamalu)
                  Offense - 15th

                  13 - 3
Losing to NE, IND and PIT once

                      5-11

Big improvement for this team, with a nice off season next year we can set ourselves up to be contenders in 2010 and 2011.

But do you really think the Defense will still be 2nd in the league despite the loss of a few guys and Rex Ryan?

Like I said, I don't know if there are some new guys who will step into their roles and not lose a step, just curious.
We have Tavares Gooden, Jameel McClain and Jason phillips who could all play and we wont miss a beat

We got better corner depth and starters, we get Kelly Gregg back and we get Dawan Landry back aswell on defense so our d still looks bloody scary and is better than last years defense IMO

1 KC @ BAL W 30-14 (Blow out, for Matt Cassels first game.)

2 BAL @ SD W 24-21 (L.T. has lost it, I just don't see how San Diego can beat them.)

3 CLE @ BAL W 13-3 (When Baltimore and Cleveland plays anything can happen. However, they don't have a quarterback or a viable running game anymore. No key TE that used to dominate us. They are rebuilding)

4 BAL @ NE L 20-13 (When Baltimore plays New England they bring their "A" game. I think the deciding factor is where it's being played. Just like last year, the Ravens start off with at least 3 wins in a row and no losses but get beat on the road.)

5 CIN @ BAL W 21-10 (Cincy has potential to turn everything around. But in Baltimore I don't see it happening. I like Coles to have a break out game but, I don't think it will be enough to put Cincy's lack of a running game above Baltimores D)

6 BAL @ MIN W 13-10 (No Qb, no win. I don't think even if Minny get's Favre they could overcome Baltimores Defense. Our running defense is beastly and they're is as well. But I can see us out passing Sage Rosenfels or Favre.)

                          7 Bye

8 DEN @ BAL W 21-10 (Another team with no quarterback and looks like Denver is rebuilding. It's in Baltimore so I can see a blow out here. Is it to far to say Ed Reed pick 6?)

9 BAL @ CIN W 20-10 (Another horrible team, this time Cincy gets home field advantage. But beings as I see them as the worst team in the NFL... Sure they got Mulauga and Smith now, to bad that won't be enough to give them an advantage.)

10 BAL @ CLE L 16-13 (I'm gonna give Cleveland the benefit of the doubt. At home they are hard to beat. They will upset Baltimore with a late second fieldgoal... like always..)

11 IND @ BAL L 31-10 (I wanna say we win this game, but it seems like Indy has our number. No matter if we have the better team or not. They've destroyed us I think 5 years in a row now... Tack on another, even if it is @ Baltimore)

12 PIT @ BAL W 20-17 (I think we can finally get it done. We've lost 3 games in a row, this ones at our house. Last year when we played in Baltimore, the Ravens were one play and a called touchdown short of winning. This time Holmes doesn't make that catch and the ball never crosses the plain.)

13 BAL @ GB W 31-17 (Another good win by Baltimore, Greenbay has changed there defense up. I still don't think they can stop the run and they will get plenty of it. 3 headed monster goes to Lambeau field and pulls the upset, just like we wipped the Cowboys ass)

14 DET @ BAL W 35-7 (I'm starting to think Baltimore has the easiest schedule in the league. No way does Detroit come into Baltimore and salvage a win with a rookie QB.)

15 CHI @ BAL W 31-24 (I see this game as a shoot out, I don't know why. It would seem with both these Defenses that it would be a close low scoring game.)

16 BAL @ PIT L 21-13 (Another nail biter until the end. I think the Steelers will pull it out at the end. Once again with both team vying for a wild card/division spot in the playoffs. Big Ben will make up for the last game and come through this time.)

17 BAL @ OAK W 32-14 (It's official, Baltimore has the easiest schedule. Anything less then a playoff appearance would be shy of the potential of this team. DHB comes back to Maryland and gets a touchdown.)

Overall - 12-4 - Last year we went 11-5, so 12-4 isn't a far cry. Last year we dropped 2 games to Pitt within 3 points in each game. Then a game to Tennessee by another 3. Only blowouts suffered last year were against the Giants and Colts. If we win those games we are 14-2. 12-4 would be nice and has the possibility to clinch us a bye and the division.

VERY tough schedule for the Miami Dolphins. 10-6 could be a reach because It will be tough, but the defense and offense could come together nicely this year and repeat the success of last. REALISTICALLY the Dolphins will probably go 9-7 or so.

                              Eagles

                              1) PHI @ CAR - Tough game to open the season, I see the Eagles losing to start 0-1.

                              2) NO @ PHI- Another tough game. Home opener, though. Eagles win in a high scoring game. 1-1

                              3) KC @ PHI - I would usually pen this as a loss because the Eagles suck the week before their bye, but KC is dreadful. 2-1

                              4) Bye

                              5) TB @ PHI - Eagles have a great record under Reid after their bye week, I expect a win here. 3-1

                              6) PHI @ OAK - Tougher game than we expect. Eagles still win, though. 4-1

                              7) PHI @ WAS - First division game of the year. The Redskins give the Eagles a tough time at home. 4-2

                              8) NYG @ PHI - Giants looking for revenge after losing to us in the playoffs. This will be a tough game that comes down to the last possesion. I'll give the nod to the Eagles because they're home. 5-2

                              9) DAL @ PHI - Another revenge game for when the Eagles humiliated the Cowboys on the last game of the season. I see the Eagles losing after being a little beat up after 2 straight division games. 5-3

                              10) PHI @ SD - Interesting game. SD isn't the same team as they were a couple years ago, but they still have talent. I say the Eagles win in OT. 6-3

                              11) PHI @ CHI - Chicago will be tough now that they have a legit QB. Second straight Sunday night game between these two teams at Soldier field. The Eagles should have won last year, and they will this year. 7-3

                              12) WAS @ PHI - Eagles won't go 0-2 to the Skins. 8-3

                              13) PHI @ ATL - Atlanta is very tough at home. Not to mention they're a good team. Falcons win. 8-4

                              14) PHI @ NYG - I can't see the Eagles sweeping the Giants. It will probably be a tough, low scoring game like they usually are at the Meadowlands. Giants win. 8-5

                              15) SF @ PHI - Eagles looking to make their playoff push, they roll SF. 9-5

                              16) DEN @ PHI - Dawkins returns. He gets a great reception from the fans, then gets burnt by DeSean Jackson deep. Everyone goes home happy. 10-5

                              17) PHI @ DAL - Eagles play the Cowboys tough in Dallas. Needing a win, the Eagles beat Dallas again to end the season and go 11-5 and win the division.

Final Record: 11-5, NFC East champs.

How's your picks looking halfway through the season? I'm on point so far with the 5-3 record. Some games I predicted right, some I was way off.
