I'm sure I'll completely forget about this thread, but I just wanted to post this so everyone could get the inside perspective of what's going on in Buffalo (since I live here), and what the media blows out of proportion. It might be interesting to see since it seems we already have a couple of mis-fires. I'll just keep updating this as more information surfaces.

Stealing James Hardy's Number - Innocent
Owens never stole Hardy's number. Owens had arrived to Buffalo and in his locker was his jersey with the number 81. He had no idea that the incident occured, since nobody had told him that this had taken place. Hardy had this to say prior to what happened:
“(Terrell Owens) is over a 10-year veteran and usually the organization, really they can just take the number from you and give it to him if they wanted to,†said Hardy. “But with the respect the general manager has for me, he came to me and I was willing to give him the number. He’s a Hall of Fame receiver and it was really an honor for me to give him the number.â€
Skipping Voluntary Workouts - Innocent
He did not attend the voluntary workouts on Wednesday and Thursday, so that part is accurate. But he didn't skip.
"I talked to Coach Jauron prior to the start of the workouts about that," Owens told reporters. "I've never gone to a voluntary workout, I have a personal trainer. I take very good care of myself. I take pride in coming into camp in shape.
"If I'm in the area, I tend to stop by the facilities and work out with the guys. You know, I'm looking forward to that type of stuff."
The best part is, Owens missed the first workout on Wednesday because he was in Washington accepting an award from the Alzheimer's Association - the leading health organization in Alzheimer's care - for raising awareness about the disease. Since returning from that trip, Owens has attending every voluntary workout, the first time in his career he has attended one.
Blaming Jason Garrett and Tony Romo for him leaving Dallas - Guilty
Not the biggest deal in the world here, but it was certainly accurate. Terrell Owens in a recent Twit on his page (although I can't personally confirm or deny if it is actually T.O.) responded to a comment from a Cowboy fan about him being unhappy Owens was cut from Dallas. T.O. then said:
"neither ws i, blame the OC & romo!! but i'm happy 2 b where i am but i miss the other guys tht were & r true teammates!!"
Many people assumed from the beginning that Garrett and Romo wanted Terrell out of town, so this doesn't come as too much of a shock.

I'm sure there's plenty more to come....
