What are you doing for the NFL Draft?

Anybody have any big plans for the NFL Draft?

I myself will be going this year for the first time.. and I'm pretty excited about that. I know a lot of people couldn't care less about this event, but this is actually one of my favorite times of the year on the NFL calendar. You guys are gonna have to look for me on TV, I'm bringing this sign I made (I'm gonna darken the red and the blue at the top later):



I tried to get the new writing in there as best I could but that shit was tough. Anyway, what's on your agenda next Saturday?

Gonna be working, and then when I get home look at all the picks that have already been made.

I was going to go as well but I just got back from a week trip to Chicago which was awesome. Have fun, it's a great place because there are NFL fans EVERYWHERE. You can literally have a great conversation with anybody that isn't wearing a Philly jersey. Are you going to be in the main draft room? If so, you have to wait in line for a shit long time I am pretty sure. When I went in 2004 when the Bears drafted Cedric Benson, there was a huge room in the Jacob Javitz Center that wasn't the main room where the draft was held, they had a viewing area and a bunch of stands/kiosks/tables for different things. It was a really cool experience. I think it's somewhere else now this year.

I'll be watching it on my couch chillin' both days.

Yeah, we're gonna end up getting to Radio City Music Hall at 11pm on Friday (way too fucking early if you ask me but that's the only time slot available) so we should be in the clear. I plan on bringing plenty of food and bottled "water" for my experience as a New York City hobo. Hopefully they let us stay outside that night because we got no place else to go lol.

im pumped for the draft this year, i have done a lot of scouting this year and have got a good feel for a bout 160 prospects. So i will get up and watch it, although i just hope that i dont have to get up on draft morning as i hop the ravens trade fo Boldin lol

Well unfortunately I got a new job today at this brand new restaurant....brought my boy to work and went inside to play pool and the owner was asking me questions, asked if i had a job at the time, and fired his head cook on the spot and told me to be in 2moro hahaha So i may be working, If not I'm gunna bring this new chick I been fucking with to the draft, and if not that....lots of beer and NO VSN all day cuz i may pause it so i can fast forward through the slow spots. I dont want you all blowing the surprise lol This chick said she really wants to go tho...but she may just be kissing ass so i buy her something haha prob just wants to go shopping all weekend. Only a hour and a half drive tho, maybe a bit more.

I would bet any money Kiper would be shitfaced if he predicted the first ten picks of the first round when the second round started...i have faith he could fuck that up, where theres a will theres a way
