One thing I don't get about this draft is why the Lions drafted Stafford if they wanted the best available player. Best available was Aaron Curry, hands down. Stafford was good and all, but he was not the best in the draft.

Also, I'm an Aaron Curry fan after seeing him crying in happiness out of being drafted, really liked that about him. Nice to see a guy with a good head on his shoulders actually appreciate the opportunity he's been given. Great pick by the Seahawks.

Aaron Curry and Crabtree were probably the best picks.

I see a lot of good players left. Someone needs to roll the dice on Brinkley.

I want the Lions to draft Michael Johnson 1st pick in the 3rd round then take a MLB with our next 3rd rounder, probaly Jason phillips then try to get Terance Taylor at DT maybe even Victor Harris at CB.

The Chiefs need to go O line and pass rusher all day tomorrow.

I don't see how Ayers fits into Denver's 3-4. He's not big enough to play on the line and I don't think he's athletic enough to play OLB. Reminds me a lot of Tamba Hali, another underwhelming player taken around the same spot a few years ago.

I heard rumors about a 17th game for the Lions. Rumor has it we'll be kicking off our season against local school Detroit Cass Tech's Junior Varsity team.

I'm not sure what role he will play either. But the Broncos are expected to play a mix of 3-4 and 4-3 defences, so he will probably play a variety of roles. He's a pretty versatile player, so I'm sure Nolan will find a way to use his strengths.

Yeah, I have the same hopes for Hali in KC's new defense.

                                About to re-start.

I didn't read the thread since my last post or so, but has anyone seen a summary of all of the trades?
