    Clutchiest Players? (Defenders Edition)

Simply becuz the other thread had an Offensive Turn on it. I'm asking who do you think the clutchiest defenders are, and yes you can date back to 1990 up until now.

A couple that comes to my mind (outside of Jordan) and just to get some names out....

    Dennis Rodman
    Gary Payton
    Kobe
    B. Bowen
    Sir Charles Barkley

    Who yall think?

I knew DET Clutch was gonna mention Prince but I'll put Prince against almost any PF on down. He has heart and sometimes heart will over take skill.

Raja Bell was extremely tough on Bryant when the Suns played the Lakers in the playoffs a few years back.

LeBron hasnt done anything big defensively then have Pierce drop 40+ on him in game 7. Hamilton is solid on the perimeter, held LBJ to 14 last year, but hasnt had nay huge plays that won a game or locked down a superstar to win a series. Neither has Johnson. Posey has held some good players to low numbers, but Prince has made "clutcher" plays defensivley, and held 2 of the best scorers in the NBA to low numbers, bad shooting %'s, all in his first 2 seasons.
          • Prince shut down Kobe in one of the biggest upsets in finals history
          • when the pistons were down 3-0 to McGradys magic (tay DNP the didnt play the first 3 games) he was inserted into the starting lineup as a rookie and shut down tmac in route to a series victory in 7 games
          • One of the best defensive plays in playoffs history which saved the original "guransheed." A huge roadd victory and statement game agaisnt a top seeded Pacers team in game 2.
          • Hit a floater to put Detroit up 1 in game 5 last year. 8 seconds left. Magic inbound, Hedo isolates Prince. Hes rejected at the basket and at the buzzer.
          .

Thats an impresive- yet brief, resume from a skinny kid from Compton.
I thought no team has ever come back from down 3-0?

(Lupe) no one in the "Finals" and "Semi-Finals" ever came back from 3-0 but the pistons was in the first round.

"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.
