In fairness, Brunell was a proven pro and Haynesworth has been a monster the past two years.

Hall was absolutely terrible as a Raider. Soft, unsure of himself, and really lacking man-to-man cover skills. He can't man-up against anybody. Chris Johnson showed enough promise to warrant the dismissal of Hall and he was light years better than him as soon as he stepped onto the field.

hall never had man to man skills, the only reason he did so well against T.O. that night way back when is cuz the Iggles didn't have another wide out that could burn them so Hall had all kinds of help. The only thing Halll has is speed, which works in zone, but as for any other kind of 'skill' set... he is just a guy taht is good to cheese with by putting him at FS on madden.

Hall has always been ridiculously overrated.
Yeah Hall got owned by every WR he ever faced off against, except for some reason Steve Smith. But even while holding Smith to 2 catches D-Hall got baited into a shit-talking match and cost us the game. So even when Hall was playing well, he was single-handedly squandering victories.

DeAngelo Hall is to the Redskins what Roy Williams 38 was to Dallas .... meaning he's the go-to-defensive back when you want big yards.
Your forgetting LaRon Landry and Carlos Rogers and Fred Smoot. Hall will be either 2nd or 3rd on the depth chart. They'll most likely just put Hall on LaRon's side and put LaRon in zone coverage in order to give him some help. He'd also be good at playing the nickel and blitzing in all the blitz packages the Redskins play because he is quick.
