they must have a side deal, kimbo probably gets some UFC fights for big money even if he losses, no way he passes up decent money from strikeforce or money from Japan to be on TUF
fact: Dana doesnt want Kimbo to lose on TUF, he sees dollar signs and Sir Dana sees them toLiquidrob's Top 10 Fighters Rankings

so many bad fighters get on ufc cards after tuf, even losing early, kimbo will be on a ufc card win or lose on tuf
plus they might even throw some crappy guys on tuf to give kimbo an easy rideLiquidrob's Top 10 Fighters Rankings

edit - didnt notice the part about not having to win a fight to get into the house. lol @ the "kimbo rule". ill watch until he gets picked the first week and gets beat down, but im sure they'll make some other wack rule to keep him the house.Last edited by CrimsonGhost56; 06-02-2009, 06:04 PM.Comment

Wonder if its there because of Kimbo or simply for the fact that finding enough decent-quality HW prospects to do that approach would be all but impossible...?Comment

lol @ rampage being a good coach, oh man, the wonders of TV
rampage doesnt have coaching skills, he has always trained under someone and has problems being motaviated and training hard
the best coaches the show has had have been Randy, Hughes, Dan and Tito, these guys actually run gyms, train people or have fight camps
BJ is also a very good coach regarding technique, but his problem is living in Hawaii and enjoying the good life, but as far as knowledge, BJ is right up there with the best and he knows how to teach
Also, Ken was a really good coach in his time, he looked like a clown on the show but ken knows who to sell on TV, the game has pasted him and he never evolved, but when he was coaching the Lions Den they were 1 of the best teams in MMA with Frank, Guy Metzger, Jerry and Mikey Burnett, the Lions Dens tryouts were famous
Matt Serra has been running a gym for years and produced some quality guys, he of course focusing more on BJJ and the ground game, but coming from Renzo and teaching for all these years menas something
I dont think Rich has ever coached either and Chuck isnt a coach type of guy
Randy with xtreme couture, Hughes runs the hitsquad and has all the MFS background are probably the best, Dan does well with his team along side with Matt Linland even after they broke off from Randy
The best: Randy, Dan, Hughes and maybe Tito
In the middle: BJ and Ken, both have there faults
The worst: Rampage and Chuck, Rich also might be down there, he usually just jumps from camp to camp to just train, Im sure a guy like him would run a team in the future though
oh, also forgot about Jens, he is down with the MFS style and is a good coach and motivaterLast edited by Liquidrob; 06-02-2009, 09:12 PM.Liquidrob's Top 10 Fighters Rankings
