Looks like Sakuraba is actually fighting on this card instead of DREAM.12. For those not big on anime, Sakuraba is parodying a Neon Genesis Evangelion scene where Shinji refuses to pilot his mecha and the commander (also his father) calls for another pilot.

      [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euAZwYof1bA"]YouTube - Sakuraba Kazushi - DREAM.11[/ame]

Saku: Dream? This is also a father's job?
      Father: Been a while, Kazushi.
      Saku: Dad!
      Father: Dream 11.
Saku: What? What do you mean?
      Father: Dream 11.
Saku: What? It's only a week from now.
Father: Are you in or out?
Saku: We agreed that I'd fight in the cage!
Father: Uh, did I say that?
      Saku: You always say that!
Father: Are you going to run away?
Saku: Whaat!? You know I've never run away.
Father: Are you going to run away again?
Saku: Like I said, I'm not running away!
Father: If you're not going to fight, leave.
      Saku: OK, I will.
      Father: No.
      Father: Are you running away?
      Saku: What!?
      Father: No.
      Father: We will prepare Shibata.
Saku: Whaat!? That's not cool for Shibata-kun either, out of the blue!

Saku: So who is my opponent?
      Father: Shitoda.
      Saku: I don't understand.
      Father: I lied.
      Saku: What?!
      Father: It's a foreigner.
      Saku: What, another new face?
Father: No, we will prepare Funaki.
      (laughter)
Saku: I must not run away. I must not run away. I must not run away.
Saku: I will be there. At Dream 11. I will be there!
Father: Everything is going according to plan.

Sakuraba is fighting pro boxer Rubin Williams (29-8-1), but has lost 6 of his last 7 fights.

And Miyata seems to be struggling with his weight cut.

                  No problems with the weigh-ins.

                  8. Joachim Hansen (68.2kg) vs. Shinya Aoki (69.8kg)
                  7. Kazushi Sakuraba (83.5kg) vs. Rubin Williams (82.5kg)
                  6. Tatsuya Kawajiri (69.9kg) vs. Melchor Barracuda (69.2kg)
                  5. Sokoudjou (100kg) vs. Bob Sapp (155kg)
                  4. Minowaman (87.5kg) vs. Choi Hong Man (145kg)
                  3. Joe Warren (62.7kg) vs. Bibiano Fernandes (62.7kg)
                  2. Hideo Tokoro (62.8kg) vs. Hiroyuki Takaya (63kg)
                  1. DJ.taiki (62.8kg) vs. Kazuyuki Miyata (62.8kg)

Miyata had a really rough cut to the weight limit. He didn't look well at weigh-ins. And dude is so obsessed with his body fat it's scary.

Also, Sakuraba wants to get some more fights in for 2009 barring injury, so we might see him at DREAM.12.

well, Aoki has gogo'd Hansen and when Hansen KO'd Aoki Hansen was a fresh and a replacement, Aoki already fought that night

Um, so did Hansen. He fought Kultar Gill earlier that same night in the reserve fight.
