Ryan Mouton may be worse than Nick Harper as a corner and thats pretty bad considering he's 12 years younger. He's a terrible returner as well. What does he add to the team? He's looking to be the new wasted draft pick in the Chris Henry mould. Will titans fans wonder when he'll be cut week after week, season after season, only to be disappointed when the coaches keep him around refusing to admit a draft pick was a terrible bust.
