Explains the additions of Carter and Wiz, and not just from a practical, "we need to fix the power play" standpoint. This is definitely a team that needs to create excitement this year and get into the playoffs. Now the onus is on Mason's shoulders.

So yeah, not a lot of amazing talent they are getting, and a lot of amazing talent went by. We all know teams draft a dud here and there. But how many times it happened with the Jackets makes me think it is a scouting issue.
