Decent game for the Rangers tonight actually, it's not like last year where our 1 goal games were essentially just the result of not giving a fuck. We've shown we can burst out of scoring slumps so I'm not too worried, I still think we are more likely to move up the seedings than down.

And another plus is for the first time this season Gaborik has really had a spell of games with high intensity. He absolutely dominated tonight so if putting up with a career low horseshit disinterested Gaborik for 76 games results in a beastmode post-season I'll take that any day.

Well Vancouver clinched the President last night. This team is just scary and easily the best team in the West, if not all the NHL by far. #1 in PK and PP, fewest goals allowed, most goals scored. If they don't make it to the cup finals, then something really needs to change. Would be hard to change the best in the leage, but then you run into what San Jose had a couple years ago, where they were the tops, nothing changed, and they never got over the hump. It is almost like Vancouver needs to play Chicago in the first round just to say "ok, we did that."
