Does anything good ever come of these fights when an opponent has to be made within the last 1-2 weeks before the event? It seems that the guy that's suppose to win usually loses or the fight turns out bad in those situations. Just call it off, the card is good enough to take Lashley off of it.

Agreed, Lashley hasnt even been a focal point in any of the advertising, nobody outside of hardcores even know he's on the card.

They even have what could be a very good fight to replace it with, Hieron vs. Riggs.

They should find Seth Petruzelli.

They really want Lashley to fight, doesnt matter who, he wants to fight a bunch this year and be on the April CBS card, so he needs fights

This mostly falls on Lashley though, SF offered him Shane Del Rosario and another dude that he turned down, than gets Banks and the FSAC denied it so now we have this mess

Riggs vs Hieron is probably going to be streamed on the SF website

if they cant make a 'decent' fight they should just have him headline one of the Challenger shows in February or March
