    Sometime's he just out there.

He has the 'with us or against us', black/white mentality. Some writers may be hacks but when White gets going...

Maybe if the 108 card didnt suck then they would talk about it.

It's a good card, just not worth $50

            This interview is pure comedy

I can't imagine if Dana actually had to deal with the real sports media

@ Dana bigging up those shill writers on Yahoo.com. Why am I not surprised. Props to Coefield for calling him on his bullshit.

It is the UFC's job to promote cards, not the media. It's the media's job to report on the sport, not help build it. OMG, media wants to cover other MMA stuff instead my lackluster UFC card! Boo-fucking-hoo.

As good as he is at what he does, Dana White is a douchebag. Temper tantrums when shit doesn't go his way and he's getting worse as his ego continues to grow. Your card fucking sucks Dana, your last few cards have been lack-luster, and the country is going broke. Forgive people for not wanting to shell out $50 to watch Rashad Evans vs. Thiago Silva and....whatever else is on that card.

Just don't piss off the the casual fans Dana. Those of us that are MMA hardcores always find ways to watch your shit w/o paying for it.

107 was a fine card and did great business.

And if the country is broke, UFC isn't feeling it with PPV. They did their best PPV business ever this year and considering there were some shitty shows in terms of it (the January show, the march show, 106), that's saying something.

The country is broke, I think we all realize that, and of course the UFC isn't feeling it b/c most cable companies allow you to go into debt before they shut your shit off for not paying the bill. 107 wasn't bad at all but 106 sucked, 105 had 1 good fight, 104 was lackluster, and 103 was okay. I just can't imagine being out over $250 to watch those 5 pay per views.

He needs a vacation, the fact's are Dana had his ego complete blown up by the success of the UFC which he gets way to much credit for

2 biggest reasons the UFC blew up were the new rules to get them back on PPV and those were in place before Zuffa took over and The Ultimate Fighter on Spike which Dana did not want to do, but Spike and the Fertitta's went a head with it, Dana actually wanted a reality show called 'American Promoter' which of course was centered around him, lol

Dana White and Zuffa were actually in the hole about 44 million before TUF became a success and were trying to sell the company, so now Dana gets all this praise like he 'saved MMA' which is crazy, the Fertitta's money and Spike saved the UFC, Dana for the most part has been along for the ride

Dana irritates the hell of out me and I hate him more and more each day. You guys read the story about him banning CondomDepot.com as a sponsor? For over 2 years Condom Depot put money into fighters' pockets but now...apparently...allowing fighters to parade around the octagon with "Condom Depot" on their shorts is inappropriate and not sending the right message. Promoting condoms sends the wrong message but a giant Bud Light logo in the center of the octagon is just fine...? This is more reason to hate Dana White as he continuously makes Nazi moves.

He also banned UFC fighters from wearing any RVCA or ClinchGear, due to the fact that both brands showed on the backs of Strikeforce fighters.

Is he a dick for banning certain clothing sponsors, of course. But saying White is making potentially catastrophic mistakes, that's a bit much.

Right now, the UFC is the king of PPV. They do fine cable ratings on Spike and should they ever enter the realm of network TV, with a stacked card, they should do better than they have on Spike.

When 106 did horrible #s, people were talking about whether the UFC came back down to earth and the bubble burst. 107 proved otherwise.

I wish they would scrap TUF and find a new format to breathe some new life into it, but I doubt that will happen.

At the end of the day, it is still the #1 MMA promotion in every potential criteria. Sure there are great fighters elsewhere and Strikeforce is growing, and Japan is in the mush, but it's not like by 2011, Strikeforce will be tops in the industry. No matter how many Fedor, Diaz, Aoki, Melendez, Hendo or Shamrock fights they may have.

                            How is the UFC doomed?

The UFC isnt doomed, I think the majority of old school fans are just tired of the constant Dana White love fest and him being a jerk for the most part, the credit this guy gets is insane when he had them 44 million in the hole and hit it big with an idea he had little to do with

To many pro wrestling fans love who came over his act and think this is the WWF and Vince McMahon reborn

Less Dana White and more about the actually fighters and fights is what this sport needs to be about, Dana and his 'feuds' are tiresome and take away from the sport
