    He's a nth degree black belt in tae kwon do...

    He only started MMA training in October

    he's still a tremendous athlete, obviously. Former Olympian, too.

            It's always been said that Hershel never lifted weights, he just did a ton of plyometrics, isometrics, and push ups.

              for those who missed it walker won with a third round TKO. dude he faced was a bum who barely fought back but nonetheless walker put on a pretty impressive performance considering hes only been training full mma for a few months and is damn near 50 years old. they asked him afterwards if he planed on continuing fighting and he was non-committal about it but said if his trainers thought he could continue fighting and be successful that he would definitely consider it.

                Walker is a physical marvel. I think I read somewhere he does 1,000 pushups and 1,000 situps a day or something like that.
                You can make the argument he's one of college football's top five players of all time too.
