Fedor was so far ahead as the #1 P4P before that loss, he lost and is still the #1 P4P fighter. Although, the gap has closed considerably, and you could count he, GSP, and Silva as the 1a, 1b, and 1c.
I try not to live in a "what have you done for me lately" bubble with my P4P Top 10...I like to look at the body of work.

Silva has tapped a few times and I seem to recall GSP tapping to Matt Hughes...meanwhile, prior to the Werdum fight, Fedor never lost...he was so far out in front of everybody else and had an impeccable resume, the loss simply brings him down to earth with Silva and GSP right now. Silva and GSP already had the blemishes on their record...I'm not going smite Fedor and shuffle him down the list because he simply came back down to earth.
My set is NOT a Power Rankings system...I don't like judging fighters simply on their most recent activity...that is apart of it, but its not a complete picture.
Fedor doesn't even belong in the top 5 after that loss.
Silva and GSP are interchangeable at 1 and 2. Then it is abit of a cluster. But Fedor isn't in the conversation for 3. He hasn't fought anyone good, and he still lost. He isn't even the best in his weight class. Wait...right now he's not even the best in his weight class in Strikeforce.
Let's just crown guys who lose and rate them the best. Please someone who actually watches these fights on PPV, do a top 10 list.
