If this was 2005 or 2006, i'd buy this show without thinking twice.

In 2010, you have UFC, Strikeforce, DREAM, Sengoku, Bellator, & WEC on free TV all the time, plus all the minor league groups on HDNet like KotC, XFC, etc.

I easlily watch 4 or 5 live shows minimum per month for free, so to get $55 out of me, they have to come stronger than Big Nog on top. I just don't like watching the guy, and there is nothing undeneath that intrigues me enough to make up for it. Aside from the main event, the rest looks like a mediocre Fight Night lineup.

      Pass.

meh. show me a better card that month. i posted the rumored 120 card and that was "trash" too.

SF is having a big card in august so theres not gonna be anything big in september. bellator will most likely be over by then, and well i dont really what know dream or sengoku have planned, but staying up till 3 in the morn and watching 6 hour broadcasts isnt really my style

BTW, I cannot wait for Big Nog to beat the shit out of Mir. I am a firm believer that if Big Nog didn't have an infection before the first fight, that he would have won easily.

Plus, it will stop the whole Fedor would lose to Mir argument that TGL was making.

Ya...Fedor would wipe the floor with Murr even if Frank got headgear and Fedor had to use padded gloves

why hunt is fighting in the ufc now.

i like hunt. big losing streak as of late but if they give him someone that will stand and bang it should be an exciting fight.

Serra - Lytle added to main card

A welterweight rematch between Chris Lytle (29-17-5 MMA, 8-9 UFC) and Matt Serra (11-6 MMA, 7-6 UFC) will be featured on the main card of the as-yet-unannounced UFC 119 event.

MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has learned from sources close to the promotion that both fighters have agreed to the matchup, and bout agreements are expected to be finalized shortly.

UFC 119 takes place Sept. 25 at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The two longtime UFC veterans first met at The Ultimate Fighter 4 Finale in November 2006 following the lone season of the Spike TV-broadcast reality series to feature organization veterans. Serra earned a split-decision nod in the fight.

Serra, of course, earned a title shot with the win over Lytle and went on to shock the MMA world with a first-round TKO of Georges St-Pierre. Serra was crowned the UFC's welterweight champion with the win, though he would relinquish the belt to St-Pierre in a rematch at UFC 83.

Serra fought most recently in a UFC 109 TKO win over Frank Trigg.

Meanwhile, Lytle carries a three-fight win streak into the matchup – his longest such run to take place in the octagon. An Indianapolis native, Lytle fought at this past weekend's UFC 116 event, where he made a claim for the evening's "Submission of the Night" with a combination triangle choke/straight armbar finish of Matt Brown. That claim ultimately fell short when UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar tapped out then-interim champ Shane Carwin.

Despite the snub, Lytle's go-for-broke fighting style has earned him an astounding seven "Fight Night" bonuses in his past nine UFC fights.

lmao. Wow. No love for Mir, eh? Not that I disagree.

I like the Nogeuria's, but I'm 15 and don't have a job, so in the event that I can convince my family to buy a fight, or can get the money to pay it myself, it has to go to a premium quality card and I really wanna see Anderson-Sonnen.
