    TripleMania XVIII

Galavision aired the entire show over three weeks, just finished watching it. It's all on youtube if you want to see any of it.

-The minis ladder match was pretty damn good.

-Dr Wagner Jr vs. Electroshock was garbo as expected.

-Extreme Tiger vs. Jack Evans vs. Christopher Daniels vs. NOSAWA was a good spotfest with a good finishing sequence. Worth a look.

-Shiozaki/Aoki vs. Beer Money vs. Nicho/Joe Lider vs. Ultimo Gladiator/ was a letdown. The NOAH team & Nicho/Lider were out early, so I lost interest because I think Beer Money sucks, and the masked team was bad, too.

-The 6 way womens match was watchable, and surprisingly intense. Sexy Star is very good. She sent feelers to WWE. Not sure about that idea.

-LA Park vs La Parka was a pretty intense brawl. Dragged in spots, but it was over with the crowd, so what do I know. The Perros Del Mal invasion at the end was pretty cool to watch. Perro Aguyo Jr is loaded with charisma. Carries himself so well. LA Park is a bad looking dude under the mask, he wouldnt miss a beat if he loses the mask IMO.

The booking in AAA makes TNA blush.

I try watch AAA with my critics cap off. The storylines are bad, the work lacks psychology and is usually sloppy, and theyy have a lot of bad talent. I just turn off my brain and watch guys take insane bumps and do flippy shit.

Yup. The original LA Parka had to stop using the name in 2003 when AAA (where he started) claimed the copyright. He went by L.A. Parka and they introduced a new worker as La Parka (or La Parka Jr). The original finally came back and they set up a feud with the new version.

So the original is now LA Park while his knock off is La Parka? And the same thing happened to Psycosis? How often does this shit happen in Lucha Libre wrestling?

Actually, La Parka Jr is a third guy. There is also a Super Parka.

AAA has the WWE attitude towards gimmicks & trademarks. That's why Psicosis is now Nicho, because when he left AAAthey made somebody else the new Psicosis.

LA Park - the original, the same guy from WCW.

La Parka - the new guy who got the gimmick when LA Park left AAA.

La Parka Jr. - somebody different all together, although La Parka sometimes is referred to as La Parka Jr.

Super Parka - a fourth guy. Sometimes mistaken for LA Park.

              Got all that?

Its a trademark thing, they do it to screw with the big stars when they leave, like what WWE tried with Razor Ramon & Diesel.

There are also mini versions of all of them, but one was murdered by a hooker last year.

                  I'm not making this up.
