I hate how girls always get in the middle of fights like they actually think they are going to be able to stop 10 dudes from brawling it out in the middle of a street. Dumb bitches.

Huerta insists that he didn't throw the first punch -- and only reacted when the other guy "started swinging at me" ... and we all know what happened next.

"I got the better of him and I left," Huerta said.

The 27-year-old explained, "If that was my mom, if that was my sister, my spouse, anyone ... I would've wanted someone to step in and do something about it."

I was correct on this one. I ran into some of my friends who hang with Huerta. Turns out the black dude Was a linerbacker for U.T. Rashad Deion Bobino Also Longhorn All-American linebacker and National Defensive Player of the Year in 2004.
