All the talent in the world, but just couldn't put it together in Buffalo. He'd show flashes of his extreme brilliance, then play like a floundering turd for long stretches.

really? That's interesting, because he never played in Pittsurgh. He was drafted by Buffalo in '97 and played for our AHL and then Sabres until last season. Last year he was with Atlanta, actually had a decent year, but is now jumping to the homeland.
