What's with all of the LURKERS in this forum?

Anybody else notice this? Take a look at the bottom of the page, where it shows "Who's Viewing" the forum....it usually goes something like this:

Registered Member 4 (Shogun, SuperKevin, celtspatssox, Nature Boy), Guests 25

Make a thread, and it has like 30 views within a half hour. We dont have 30 regular posters here, or even 30 regular members who lurk.

WHO ARE THESE UNREGISTERED LURKERS? Why don't they just join the site and post?

I've asked around and heard it relates to some Twitter spam thing Rush has installed.

When I post game threads in TGT, there will be like 15-20 guests randomly viewing it. No idea if they are bots or real people or whatever.

Most of the forums here are like that. I assume it's mostly spambots.
