I remember the days of college/university with the leaf girls. These girls loved Stajan and players because they were cute, even though the sucked complete ass.

I remember one girl came to my dorm and was all high because Toronto beat Pittsburgh. I hadn't seen the game, so I went and looked at the box score. Toronto was winning like 6-2 and blew the lead. They won in OT. That one point pushed the penguins to first in the conference. I made sure to write a note and put it on her door for her.

The kaberle situation recently just topped it all off for me about leaf fans.

They tend to over value their own players moreso then most fans do about their own teams. Kaberle is a god that anyteam would give their first and second born children just to have him. This is according to most of the blind leaf fans out there of course.

On the tsn comment section some habs fan and leafs fans were arguing like normal and some leaf fan said the cammalleri wasn't very good...

Toronto making the playoffs isn't that far fetched. They were 7th in the East from January 31st till the end of the season plus they really lost no one worth mentioning and got Armstrong, Versteeg, MacArthur and Kadri for this upcoming season.

They're going to be better then they were last year because they have better goaltending and upped their defense again but I think they are going to have the same problem as calgary and boston last year and that was lack of scoring.

I don't know about playoffs though. They are built for playing in the playoffs at this point but they have to actually make it there first.

I hope Kadri either plays really really well to stay up with the team or have him play the rest of the year with the farm system and let him bulk up more and get used to professional hockey.
