King Of The Cage = not fan friendly?

My buddy is at the King Of The Cage show at Foxwoods, and apparently Ray Mercer was pulled from the main event 30 min before the event due to a medical issue. No refunds were offered.

Does anybody know the UFC or Strikeforce proceduce for something like this? I can't believe they aren't offering refunds.

They probably cant afford to give out refunds.. and a lot of the tickets are prob give-aways to boot.. might be giving ppl money for free! I imagine it has to say something on the ticket about "Card Subject to change", or something about no refunds. Usually these tests are done atleast a few days before the fight so it doesnt happen in the big orgs (not that I can recall, other then Ken Shamrock vs Kimbo), but when you're dealing with old, out of shape boxers shits different I guess.

Supposedly Mercer was missing for days leading up to the event and after he came back to earth, he was pulled from the show sometime yesterday for an old injury.
