So I've been playing 'Reem vs. 'Reem for the past hour and it's been really fun. I've learned to adjust to the TSC out of necessity, but it's difficult to defend yourself standing and being wary of the takedown.

Judging is flawed. I just earned a split decision with the judges scoring it 30 - 26, 29 - 27, 30 - 27 - all of them in my favor.

Had more fun playing as Miller against Shields than either heavyweight.

      Two fights so far.

First fight went to a decision and I thought I had the second round. Usually, (this is on the 2nd difficulty, not easy) if I can tag Shields a few times, he'll immediately get a takedown. He likes to use the clinch, too. He dominated the third round with strikes and takedowns. I had him several times in a triangle but could never close it (that find the zone shit is stupid). Weird they may only have 2 judges, didn't see a 3rd set of scores, it was 30-24 and 30-23 for Shields. Fucker.

Second fight, I did well defending the clinch in the first round. We swapped strikes. He nearly had me with an armbar but I got out of it. I ended up on top in the second round and pounded him out.

I've only played with TSC controls and it makes the ground game easier since you only have to press one button to stop a takedown, defend reversals, get up, submissions, etc.

      Overall, not bad.

This game will live or die based on how much fun you have with the fresh roster. If the controls bug you, you're SOL.

Tried to LNP with Shields and lost by decision. So if you're active off your back and your opponent isn't doing anything you still have a chance to win, which is nice. However, McCarthy did NOTHING. He just let me lay on him once I got to half guard or side control. The only time he really stepped in when there was a stalemate in full guard.

It's really difficult to get out of your opponents' clinch. The CPU seems to just feint and doesn't do anything when you block.

Lots of fun Hum v Hum.

Much better than UFC. Striking and Grappling guys seem to have more weight and struggle.

          Problem is ..its EA.

This edition will be the only decent one the rest will take away 3 features and add 2.
Best reason to have a license.
