      She should have dug her elbows into the inside of her thighs, that would make it easier to break

      also, most dont put the knee up because it can be used by the other person to sweep

          yeah, that would work also, I like the use of 'slot'

          digging the elbows doesnt work all the time, and adenaline does come into play, but digging the elbows is better form and wont allow your elbows to flare out and it keeps the thighs pressing down or in place for more pressure of the knee in the crack to work
