MMA Start, Sit or Cut

I've been thinking about starting this thread for two weeks, but I didn't have the balls. Well. I'm drunk, full of turkey, and everybody bailed on me. So here it is. I will give you three UFC Fighters. It is up to you to start him, sit him, or cut him. Kind of like Fuck, marry, kill. The first one is..

Unfortunately, this one is kinda easy as Royce's game never evolved with the changing of the sport, GSPs did, Randy's did to some extent. In terms of how they would fair, in their athletic prime, in todays MMA world:
Start: GSP
Bench: Couture
Cut: Gracie

In terms of dominance at their prime compared to their contemporaries, so thats Gracie in UFC 1-5, Couture in '97-2003', and GSP over the last few years its much tougher and would either be between GSP and Gracie for start with Couture getting the axe.
