UFC's Backup Plan is Rampage vs. Hamill

Meltzer reports the UFC's back-up plan in case Thiago Silva cannot fight (ie. if he's suspended for a failed drug test at UFC 125) at UFC 130, they will book Rampage vs. Matt Hamill.

The planned Hamill vs. Phil Davis fight for UFC 128 has been scrapped.

They won't do the rematch with Rashad (Evans said on MMA Live the UFC told his manager that fight isn't happening) and instead, Evans will decide his future after the Bones/Shogun fight next month.
