Business wise, his biggest fights were eailsy in the UFC. He would have fought Randy, which if you recall was being hyped to death and was highly anticipated. He would have likely won, and faced Brock at some point in the biggest fight in the history of the sport. He likely would have won that fight too, to set up fights with Cain, JDS, whoever else.

We arent talking about who the best opponents for him would have been "skill wise", we are talking about business decisions. We arent talking fights in someone gym in front of 25 people to see who has the best skills.

Again, I don't blame Strikeforce for anything, because they tried to make the biggest fights they could, but M1 rebuffed them at every turn. But Fedor definately left millions of dollars at the table and missed out on some of the biggest fights in history by sticking with M1. Instead, he fought tire guy & Fabricio f'n Werdum. It's not even worthy of debate.
than what is the point of anything in this thread? Strikeforce cant do anything as 'big' as the UFC in the casual fans eye, Randy is seen as a better fight than Werdum, Brock is seen as 'the greatest HW fight in HISTORY'

And on the money front, Fedor is still making millions, plus M-1 who he is part owner of airs all fights and has rights to them overseas, we dont know what they make, he wouldnt have any of that with the UFC which is what they wanted, so all this is silly anyway

Strikeforce just puts on fights with M-1, they have there deal, Strikeforce has there's, Fedor needed to win his fights and he didnt

(not gonna lie, I thought MMA was gay I remember watching Gracie and Id think this isnt fighting all they do is get on the ground and choke you.) But honestly after playing the game I got a much better understanding of it and really appreciate what they do.

My question is this, if Fedor is "the man" and UFC is top dog why didnt he come to UFC and fight? Im just asking

I may be his jinx. I finally got to "see" him fight on the Showtime match when he lost for the first time. i feel asleep as they were walking to the cage. Well last night I feel asleep again when Fedor was walking to the cage and well you saw what happened.
The UFC just makes more money and has more hype than the other MMA promotions, 'top dog' doesnt mean much

Strikeforce has just as many top HW's as the UFC, more of the accomplished HW's actually

I agree with everything here, and I've said along along that I can't blame SF for anything. Its like you and mamba said, he didn't win the fights, that's the bottom line.

I'm not even sure what we are arguing about, you fruitbasket. Have a nice day.
