3/20 UPDATE: Reports are Humperdink passed away last night.

UPDATE: Well, apparently, he is still alive. I first saw the note about his passing on JR's twitter....I've since read where there were rumors earlier but they were just that.
JR has since updated his tweet saying Humperdink is in the hospital in grave condition. Hopefully, he's not feeling any pain at this stage.
He had been battling cancer and pneumonia recently and unfortunately, his body went as far as it could take him. He was 62.
