Essentially, they believe the urine test he gave prior to the UFC 125 fight with Brandon Vera was not human. He allegedly used a synthetic urine to beat the test.
So he's suspended until April 7th where he will receive an additional suspension and/or fine by the NSAC.
Plus, Keith Kizer will ask the Commission to overturn the Silva/Vera fight to a no contest.
