It's a relatively balanced deal. I'm glad the Katz group is matching the cities input. I hate arena deals that see the municipality shoulder almost all of the burden.
Should be a big change, as Rexall is one of the smallest buildings around, lacking the modern corporate amenities. I hope they keep the feel of the building, as it's a way better place to see a game compared to the SaddledomeComment
