Does anyone know if there will be a "fighter share" like EA MMA had? Undisputed 2 pissed me off when you couldn't create a fighter with decent stats. I wanted to re-create some fighters who weren't in the game or retired and in the last game they all had shitty stats and had to be built up.

I know the trailer at the beginning of the demo said something about something to do with Creation Sharing so I'm assuming yes.

Also, the demo is pretty damn fun. I like the fact that when you knock a dude out and he drops you can still jump on him and pound him some more (total homo). Dunno if this was in the 2nd as I didn't get that one but I'll DEF be purchasing this.

And Pride mode is awesome.

In the demo I laugh at how on the hardest difficulty, it's easier to counter positioning when you're mounted than in your closed guard.

Definitely. I love ea mma. I even prefer the control scheme. However, I do prefer the ground game on Undisputed 09 because you can actually keep an opponent on the ground and work some serious GnP.

There's a lot more to the game than I've gone over, including creating your own logos, banners, and highlight reels and sharing them online. But those are like frosting on a very filling cake. UFC Undisputed 3 boasts impressive realism and a highly satisfying fighting engine. It'll give you something fun to do with friends locally and online, and it has more single-player content than you will probably ever master. It's not quite as out-of-nowhere as when Ryo Chonan tapped out Anderson Silva, but it's a wonderful surprise nonetheless.

I have only played about 10 fights thus far and the one thing I have learned, on the higher levels of play, is do not fuck with a guy on the ground that has good jiu-jitsu. Holy fuck...even if you think you want to pound on them, just stand the fuck up.

Now, if the guy on the ground isn't some BJJ tactician, go on and work your GnP. Otherwise, make him get up and bang with you ala Overeem v Werdum.

Servers were fucked last night. Couldn't do anything constructive with it. This year's iteration is much more akin to gameplay like Undisputed '09. It is nothing like the abortion that was 2010.
