Something about trying to find peace within himself to play in Philly and how he feels that he's unfairly a scapegoat because it's easy to blame the goalie when there's a bad goal.


Um....he's only had maybe a handful of games this year where he HASN'T let in a bad goal.

All three he gave up versus the Penguins were bad as well. Guy is going to find peace at home in the KHL.

It just seems like he isn't able to deal with the pressure of playing in Philly.

Or rather he wasn't worth the money because now he is playing against a bunch of really good east teams every single night. And since Philly is one of those power teams, everyone wants to beat the piss out of them. They have a rivalry with everyone...Pittsburgh, New York, Boston, list goes on.

That's very true, granted I never got to see him play very much when he was in Phoenix but he put up some really good numbers. It's crazy how far those numbers have dropped off this year, and the worse part is he'll have 2-3 real strong games in a row then have 4-5 in a row where he plays like shit.

If Mike Smith can post a .928 save percentage with the Coyotes, I'm pretty sure any goalie in the league can. Phoenix is to goalies as Texas Tech is to quarterbacks.

He's definitely been great over the past 5 or so games, now it's just a matter of staying at that level which is what he's struggled with this year.
